The price shown on the website was not up to date and were asked to pay more as their supplier for the first offer had run out of apartment allocation, funny as the same thing happened last year!

The company is not able to be contacted once you are overseas. There is no support. Emails are not responsed to there is no contact for the uk

This is factually incorrect, we have a 24/7/365 emergency number. Your emails have been responded to and will continue to be however this method of communication may take longer to achieve resolution. We are sorry if you are personally unable to use the correct emergency number but it is provided.
