Just a note on the transfers, which need to be reviewed. On arrival - no evidence of the taxi firm's representative. Found someone to help by good fortune but not good if it had been a family traveling, having to wait over an hour. I'm Ok with this kind of thing. Then the mini bus broke down and we finished the journey in the driver's wife's car. Insurance?? Return to Dalaman was a challenge! Again, OK for me. I was on my own and I am a seasoned traveller. But I was collected on time from the hotel in Oludeniz. Then transferred to another mini bus in Hisaronu; then dumped in to the transport office as the municipal bus station in Fethiye where I waited for 40 minutes; then put on to the bus company's service to the airport. After one hour and twenty minutes, I had travelled 17KM. Please be aware - I am not complaining. I'm alerting you to the disconnect between the taxi company and your clients - and they could harm your reputation; repeat business and so on. It didn't bother me - in fact it was another experience! And the less time spent in Dalaman airport, the better. It must be one of the most expensive airports - and the most sole less - in Europe. Conclusion: some dialogue with the taxi partner to ensure passengers are met on arrival and there is a seamless journey without multiple changes.
