Service good, but repeat requests to give feedback are annoying
Booked on line. Then Paul called the next day with info on what next. Sent emails through. Price changed between me paying for it online to him calling and they automatically just took the money.

We do apologise that the agent did not give his direct number as this is his usual procedure. It would appear that you were calling the after-sales line which is closed over weekends and it was the sales number that should have been called.
