On behalf of the suppliers, we do apologise if the hotel booked was not as expected. It is unfortunate that the review is based on the hotel standards rather than our service. We do note, however, that no complaint was made to our 24/7 number from resort which has denied us and our suppliers the opportunity to address the matter immediately which may have resulted in a more positive outcome.
