Will definitely avoid using tui flights in the future
I used holiday gems for another holiday 5 weeks ago which went perfectly so decided to use them again for another break.
This time there were problems from the start as the flights were with tui....

We sincerely apologise on behalf of the airline that you experienced these issues. Unfortunately, this is a matte over which we have no control and could not have foreseen, even with due care. We do hope that despite the issue raised the holiday itself was all as expected. In the future, it would be helpful if you advised any preferences on booking and we would do all possible to ensure that these are in place.
