How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great priced vinyl

Items arrived promptly and were priced really well compared to other sites. Had only bought books from them in the past, but will continue to check them for vinyl in the future

Speedy. Book ordered, paid for and delivered. Perfect

I needed to send a present to a friend in a different part of the country. I found the book, ordered it and Hive delivered it in no time flat. Very satisfying.

Excellent service with a local touch

I am never disappointed by Hive, choice, price and service are all excellent and the added bonus of supporting local bookshops makes it my first choice if I need to buy online.
