How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent Service

Excellent service. Ordered travel guide books one day and they were here the following day at no extra cost. Packaging was super too. The great thing is that I believe that they donate a small sum...

Great service as usual. Books arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It’s nice to have the combination of ordering online but supporting local bookshops at the same time.

Efficinet and cost-effective book ordering

Very easy to find the book I wanted and to order. Book delivered speedily and well packaged. Prices competitive with the online Behemoth and some of the money supports an independent bookshop!
