How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are sorry to hear there has been a delay with your order arriving. We really hope this has arrived by now? If not, we recommend contacting our customer service team who will be able to try and help you. You can contact them on customerservice@hive.co.uk. Delays like this are not typical of the service we offer, we hope you still choose to shop with Hive again in the future.

Order arrived just over a week after ordering. Although slightly longer than anticipated this was not unreasonable and was down to a third party delivery service. Service from Hive was excellent when contacted to "chase up" and included an unrequited and very generous refund.
