How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great Service

Books arrived quickly, the price point was very competitive and it was good to be able to choose a local book store that will benefit from my purchase.

Great prices and the speediest delivery. Beats Amazon. And it supports local bookstores.

Efficient and reliable

I've used Hive several times and the service is reliable and efficient. Sometimes it is cheaper than Amazon. It supports independent bookshops with the convenience of online ordering.
