Hello Peter, I have messaged direct to see what has happened. The messages and photo from ParcelForce and the tracking we sent show that the rug was successfully delivered 11 days ago, so I think this review could be a mistake. I will update the review after we have heard back. Mark

It seems there was an error made by the Parcel Force courier, but we've now corrected this and sent a new rug which you have confirmed has been successfully delivered on Saturday. I apologise for the trouble this has caused you.
