Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear that you felt we provided a good service and that our staff were friendly. Regarding your comments on our discounts - On top of what are already very competitive rates for shipping container storage in the Wimbledon area, if a customer prepays for 3 months - as you did - we also offer the first 2 months for half price plus a free collection. We feel, and I think justifiably so, that this is already a fantastic deal for new customers, and this is borne out by the many shipping container customers who also choose that offer. In addition, and as you've alluded to, we also offer even more discounts for customers who prepay for a longer period. There's an extra 5% off for 6 months prepay and an extra 10% off for 12 months prepay. We have many customers, also in shipping containers, who have decided to prepay for the longer time to take advantage of the additional offer. You decided not to do that, but I am happy to note you were able to enjoy our 3 month prepay offer and get what we're confident is a fantastic price.
