Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your comment. While I do understand an overall preference for longer opening hours, these would substantially increase costs, which clashes with our aim to provide the lowest cost facilities in the area. Further, unlike some storage facilities, we do open seven days a week and most bank holidays. We do publish our opening hours on our website. With best regards Andy Crossley Director
