Thank you for your comments, I am glad that we managed to get this booked for you in the end. Unfortunately there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to shorter breaks as it is the homeowners decision to accept or decline a short stay. Fortunately the very great majority of the time, this is a smooth and easy process but I am sorry if this wasn't the case for you.
