Thank you so much, I am really sorry that there was some confusion surrounding our contact. The great majority of our staff are office based here in Chagford, however we do have one or two operatives who are based off site. We use an electronic notes system so we can all see exactly what progress has been made with a booking, but it's possible that if several people opened your reservation to look at it at the same time that these were not updated. Our sincere apologies and I assure you that the remainder of your booking should be much more straightforward.
