Thank you for your lovely comments and for this great constructive feedback. At present, returning customers are able to pay 20% of their holiday rental cost as their deposit, rather than a third. As for the future, one never knows!

Thank you for your comments. I can only reiterate what has already been said I'm afraid. There is an admin charge to change your booking dates, we charge this to all customers changing a booking, in all eventualities and regardless of circumstance as it is necessary for us to cover the costs involved in doing so. We believe that this is reasonable, but I am sincerely very sorry that you feel that you have now received less than satisfactory service. I hope you have a great holiday nonetheless.
