Hi Ken, Lovely to speak to you before and I am so sorry DPD failed to deliver all of your plants. As discussed on our call I have arranged for another 5 x Photinia plants to be sent out for delivery next Wednesday, and you will be able to complete your hedge. I have also refunded your delivery charge, and as an apology I have raised a credit note against your account.
