Thank you for your feedback that I have discussed with our Service Team. Although we deliver over 95% of orders within 5-7 working days delays can arise for a number of reasons. As we have previously confirmed to you your order that was delivered within 10 working days, was delayed because of a stock related issue here at our Despatch Centre. I agree completely with your observations regarding pro-active contact in the event of delays in despatching any order and indeed this is, as you might have anticipated, a key part of our customer communication strategy.
