The service was reassuring and very clear at all stages. Work was only carried out once it had been fully discussed and consented to, we were always fully aware of what was being done and why.

In principle a great idea, but they are overwhelmed by volume of customers and the quality is suffering slightly. In the end we got what we wanted but I had to stand my ground.
