Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Fingerprint Ring. I apologize that the ring didn't meet your expectations in person and caused discoloration on your finger and I understand your disappointment. As mentioned in our email exchange, discoloration can sometimes occur due to moisture interacting with skin and the metal, but I understand your certainty that this was not the case for you. I had also mentioned your option to return the ring and that offer still stands. We strive for every customer to love their Heart On Your Wrist piece, and feedback like yours helps us understand how our products are received, even though this is the first time we've encountered this issue with this particular ring.
