Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Many thanks for your comments, we're delighted to see that you enjoyed our new guided tour in Romania but sorry that the itinerary fell short on the first day. This tour has been in development for over 12 months and at the time you travelled was very new. We constantly assess our tours using feedback and customer advice to review and improve them. We have since changed the first day of the tour and looked at other aspects to improve the week overall with our on the ground suppliers and apologise for any inconvenience to you. Local issues outside our control did affect timing on some occasions and these have also been looked at and will be avoided in the future. Thank you again for taking the time to add your comments, they have been acted on.
