We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Misleading course advertising with an over-reliance on novelty

The Happy website needs to state who the course is aimed at, i.e. very senior managers with large teams who are not involved in a lot of day-to-day operations as they have managers who ensure this...

This course is aimed towards managers of all levels, not just at managers who are working at senior level – however we are taking your comments on board and will pass them to the trainer.
