Thanks for your feedback. we're sorry you didn't get the result you wanted with our free service. We do encourage members to respond to messages quickly and we send out reminders. Unfortunately, occasionally some don't provide a timely response. If this happens we encourage members to contact us and we can call them and ask them to respond. Best of luck.

Very good.
As a recent joiner looking for a house sitter I found it hard to find my own house profile to check it looked ok. I did work it out after joining twice!

Nope checked there, nothing The only way I saw my ad was to go onto the website. I had no correspondence from you that it was placed. That’s why I actually did it twice as I didn’t think it worked the first time.
