The item description was poor consequently it did not fit so had to be returned…

The item description was poor consequently it did not fit so had to be returned and not only did I have to pay delivery both ways I was then charged a restocking fee!! Will never deal with them again

Thanks for the feedback. Let me assure you there is no re-stocking charges in place for any customer and you haven't been charged in that respect. The cost of return carriage is unfortunate I'm afraid. The item was not ordered incorrectly the description was misleading. It does nt state that returns incure postage both ways so in fact postage is not FOC !
