Returns policy is difficult, delivery expensive, colour doesn’t match screen sample, looks really fake

We try and get our product photos as true-to-life as possible but can never be 100% accurate as the shades can vary on different devices and screen settings. We have designed packaging to enable you to check the shade against your own hair and a good returns policy (up to two weeks after receipt of your order) to return unworn items if the shade or product is not suitable.
Didn’t match my colour so I had to send back, returns process was fast and fantastic though and the actual ponytail was lovely just too light for my hair.

Most of our customers find 5-6 packs sufficient for a typical full head application, giving you 125-150 grams of double drawn extensions. I'm really sorry we were unable to supply you with a colour ring. We experienced an unprecedented level of new accounts off the back of our Tape launch and are working to have the Colour Rings restocked as soon as possible.
