It's great that you were all able to make the most of the brilliant on-site facilities at Lower Mill, and enjoy the lovely lakes which we're so lucky to have here. We appreciate the feedback regarding the temperatures on the top floor of the property. In the unprecedented hot weather which we've been having lately, we certainly appreciate that it can get hot upstairs! To try and combat this, we ensure that each room in the properties has a fan in place, but do understand that during heatwaves it may still be unavoidably warm on the top floor. We're really happy to hear that you enjoyed the well-equipped property, both inside and the garden outside! We do apologise if you weren't able to find a parking space in any of our on-site overflow carparks. Generally, these are sufficient for the volume of guests at the Estate, but if more guests than usual bring multiple vehicles then there is a risk of the spaces running out.
