First of all please let me reassure you that whilst we have updated the packaging recently to reduce our use of plastic the product itself has not changed. Do you possibly have a photo of the product you received so I can look into this further? We would very much like to rectify this for you if we possibly can. Thanks for your patience.

I am not in a position to send a pic as at work. It is basically the old information on the box with regards to the amount of ingredients. The old one has less ingredients. So it wasn’t different packaging as such it was the information on the packaging. How do you propose to rectify this?

Hi there, thanks for your reply. Do you mean you were sent the old version of Joint Aid for Dogs without the Muscle Maintenance? I am just trying to understand what has happened so we can sort it out and also make sure it doesn't happen again.
