Poor product and poor Customer Service
There was no empathy shown by Customer Services. Maybe they didn't believe my dog had been sick & had diarrhoea after being first given their product. What happened to 'the customer is always right'?...

Hi there, we are very sorry to hear that your experience of our product was not as expected. Please let me reassure you that the product has been manufactured to a high quality and Universal Feed Assurance Scheme standards and that all the ingredients are safe, from UFAS approved supplements and of course nutritionally appropriate for dogs. Unfortunately sometimes there can be ingredients that particular pets either don't like or they may have an intolerance or allergy to. The customer satisfaction guarantee is really designed to show the effectiveness of the product as we believe that customers will see a difference in their dog once they have used the pouch. I'm sorry this wasn't your experience and thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
