Hi there, we are really sorry to hear about your experience. Our ads are not individually targeted and Google will show them to people who have visited our website previously or who fall into particular interest groups etc. You can opt to hide these when you see the ads themselves but unfortunately there isn't a way to switch these off for individual people from our end. Thanks for taking the time to feed back to us about this to us as the last thing we would want is to inundate anyone and we will take this information back to the digital marketing team.
