Hi Emma, thank you for this lovely review. We do pride ourselves on our quality and speed of delivery. I'm sorry too hear that your little one hasn't got the pain relief they need yet but sometime it is about perseverance. There are a few tricks to help this situation. Firstly try the glove with no heart teether inserted into the top as this can be a bit heavy for them as well as it gives them something to grab onto to pull it off. Another thing you can do is give them the glove to hold onto so that they can investigate it without it being restricting on their hand and then after they have got used to that then start trying it on their hand. Also just giving them the heart teether on its own to begin with is a good start as it is really easy for them to hold due to the design. Hi Christina, thank you for this great review. The heart teether needs to be like this to ensure they don't over insert and cause them to choke. The best thing to do is not have the heart in the glove to begin with and then introduce it later so that they then have something new on the glove to investigate and then when they grow out of the glove they can use the familiar heart teether for the rest of their teething journey. The 2 things we recommend for this problem is that the hook and loop closure needs to be on the skin not over any part of the sleeve, also please leave the heart teether out of the glove until they are comfortable wearing it.
