Hi Cheryl, I have just noticed the negative feedback you have left for us. Did you receive my email on Mat 4th? You ordered on April 24th, Royal Mail say that delivery to the United States can take up to 10 working days, the 10th working day is today. In addition to this, I did say that due to coronavirus there are expected delays, this is the same for every country experiencing Covid-19, and can add weeks onto expected delivery times. We certainly have no control over Royal Mail or parcel flights to the USA, I think the feedback you have left for us is totally unfair due to the current situation, it is completely beyond our control. It's May 12 and I have yet to receive my package. I'm not happy with this. I'll give til Friday. If not here at such time, I will return. Mail or no mail, this is ridiculous.
