Thanks for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I'm sorry about the issues you've had with the guitar. We do ask that all of our guitars are put through a pre-dispatch check before they leave the store and so it is possible that the set up shifted in transit. However, it is also possible that we missed it, so I can only apologise for this. Although it's a little late now, I would also like to make you aware that we would always look at exchanging a guitar/having the guitar set up etc if it arrives with you and needs some attention. Thanks for your email, I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with us. You'll be glad to know I'm not going to make too many excuses! I can only apologise for the truss rod keys not being included with the order, this has obviously been overlooked when the guitar has been dispatched to you. I'd like to think that we will have picked up on the small dent too but I'm afraid we've missed that too. It is somewhat unfortunate that this guitar is an end of line model, otherwise we may have been able to exchange this for you. Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry that you've had a negative experience with us. You're right though, the pedal should not have arrived marked and should have been packed properly. I will raise this issue with the dispatch team and make sure your comments are passed on to them.
