I have not received my order so to be fair I can't say the service is anything but bad.

I can see from your order that you pre-ordered a newly released product which was in very high demand at the time. I understand your frustration but as I'm sure you're aware, we weren't holding you order back from you, we were simply waiting for it to come in to stock - a colleague of mine spoke with you when you placed the order to clarify this with you.
