WARNING BEFORE BOOKING. Check current refund policy first.
Refusal to give Cash Refunds is a breach of the law and your own Terms and Conditions. ABTA accept cash refunds must be given if requested for holidays that are cancelled by Tour Operators.

Clarify situation regarding cancellation of the holiday. I am still waiting to hear from someone regarding a holiday that was obviously not going to take place due to travel restrictions.

The message was sad, of course, canceling our imminent holiday but was to have been expected. Immediately offered a new date, which suited us fine, so all good in the end. .
