Clumsy booking experience and poor customer service
Couldn't book multiple days for park shuttle at once. Had to enter in flight and hotel info WAY too many times. When called customer service number (twice) the lady clearly did not care about...

Good customer service by phone, easy online booking
Phoned in to clarify tour details and agent was super knowledgeable. Booking online was easy. Also had to call to reschedule as one of us was sick on our booked day and they were super understanding.
