Easy to book online but description was misleading. I wouldn't have booked if I knew I had to wait 45 minutes - 1 hr. per bus pick-up.

Thank you for having chosen Gray Line for your Grand Canyon experience and on behalf of everyone here at Gray Line Las Vegas I want to apologize to you for the delay you experienced as a result of the mechanical issue during your excursion. All of the coaches used by Gray Line are late model vehicles and are maintained to the highest industry standards, however the extreme weather of the American Southwest can take a toll on even the best maintained vehicles. If an issue does occur while transversing the vast remote distances of the American Southwest it can take a bit of time for assistance to arrive. We are sorry that this affected your day.
