Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Transfer to the airport

Booked a transfer to the airport. It was the only company having the 21:00 bus and the only company who had a pick-up from Students Hostel. The bus was clean. The USB charger worked great.
