My booking was for hotel drop off but the driver was in a hurry sending other passengers and left us 3 ladies at the bus terminal and ask us to call a cab. I demand a refund. I am still in Iceland...

What Adrian Li said about Gray Line Iceland:

Trip got cancelled for 2 consecutive nights which this the maximum allowance for us as we have to catch our flight home. Sadly, our bucket list to see the NL remains.

Thank you, Adrian, for writing us this review. We regret to see you evaluated this as 1 star and we think that this low review is more towards the weather than to us. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and the tours were canceled. This is bound to happen with a tour such as Northern Lights which is a natural phenomenon. We consider this review does not make it fair towards the tour itself but we hope you will visit us again and have another chance to go on the Northern Lights hunt
