Good afternoon Raymond -- We are try to hear this but as with all jobs, prices are advised before any work is carried out with the engineer carrying out a full survey, there was also no call out charge. We are always happy to provide a no obligation quotation and customers always have the opportunity to shop around, there is never any pressure from us. All prices include parts and labour and a warranty is provided, with your receipt emailed. If you have any further issues please do not hesitate to contact the team, there are many ways you can contact us via the website, such as a contact form or the freephone number or a mobile. Finally, we have recently been awarded the Feefo Gold Award for our service, which we take very pride in coupled with our current Feefo score with many satisfied customers.
