Hi Lance, nice speaking with you over the weekend. Just to highlight that the returned item was received back on Friday 12th of August and your refund was process on the same day. The refund to your Mastercard would then show back on next business day, which is the Monday. I am sorry the item was too big for you, we are hoping to receive more stock in the coming weeks and will alert you to this when it arrives. Best Regards, Andy

What Trusted Customer said about Golfposer:

Quality products but a shame you pay for your returns

Good quality products but had to order more than one for size and the items returned cost me over £11.00. Will not be using them again.

Hi Maxine, many thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We offer free shipping on all orders, no matter what the value. Our returns policy is stated in our terms and conditions though we take your comments on board. I see that you did order numerous sizes in the RLX jacket but returned everything you ordered back to us hence the higher shipping return fee encountered. Also, the Puma trousers have a technology that keep your legs warmer without the fabric being too heavy. Had we been notified of your product concerns we would have swiftly acted with further advice and offered free exchange alternatives. On behalf of my company and staff, I wish you all our very best, Andy - Golfposer.com
