Hi there, thanks for the feedback. Your order was shipped on a standard service but we have looked into this for you and can see the item was actually signed for 2 days after you order! Tracking shows that a "Tom" signed for it. Your order was sent to a business address on "6th floor" so maybe reception had the package but it was definitely signed/received in 2 days.
