Hi there, thanks for the feedback. We were a little surprised at the issue with price as you purchased Puma Spikeless golf shoes which were on sale from 2016 at 50% off! This shoe was freely selling for £99 all last year and the £49.50 with free delivery you paid for them is the lowest you will find from any online retailer.You actually got yourself a bargain! Thanks for re-scoring our service after the follow up to your feedback left. We were extremely surprised to read on Feefo that we sent you the wrong size! After investigating, we have sent you the correct size (UK Medium). Puma run with two different sizes for each top. So a UK medium is a US Small - which is displayed on the packet and garment tag. You ordered a medium thinking you would receive a US medium but indeed we sent you a UK medium! We are based in the UK and our sizes are indeed UK sizes. We have this noted on our size guides but we are taking your feedback on-board and implementing further measure to prevent this confusion from taking place. Most of our brands sizing is same whether it's in US or UK. Just Puma have different conversions on the label! Thanks again for providing us with this valuable feedback, though next time if you feel you have received the wrong size just shout and we will investigate & rectify immediately.
