Hi Paul,

Nice to speak to you on the phone following the feedback we have received. We received your email complaint around 9.10am yesterday and we immediately responded via email - which looks to have went to your junk folder (we have just forwarded another copy to you)!

In the email, we confirmed that we had received the item and your refund was processed on the same day we received it back. Reviewing this again, the refund was somehow stuck in processing even when our system showed it as complete. We immediately rectified this and processed another refund yesterday - this was the automated email you received.

We have also provided you with a further £10 goodwill gesture yesterday to cover return and delay of refund. I am truly sorry for the experience you have had with Golfposer returns and I am glad you have confirmed the opportunity of shopping with us again.
