Hi Alan,

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback and I am extremely sorry that you received an incorrect size of trousers.

Obviously we remained unaware that you had received an incorrect size or that you were unhappy with the order you placed over 2 weeks ago. Had we known, we would have arranged a collection immediately and provided the correct size straight away.

We hold our hands up on the incorrect size, this was a genuine human picking error and sending a 36R rather the 38R you ordered. We all take responsibility for this at Golfposer so from all our team we profoundly apologise to you.

We have since emailed and called to resolve and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
