I am sorry to hear about the confusion of dates. I have reviewed your bookings and can see that the dates on the quotes were the same dates as the booking itself however I am pleased to hear that we were able to facilitate the week earlier.
In regards to the buggy concern, I can see your dedicated Customer Service Agent did request the buggies however we never heard from them which we apologise for not chasing the venue up on this.
