Golfbreaks Reviews

Hotel was fine, rooms need updating really but it was clean and bed was comfortable. Food in the clubhouse was ok but we were not offered to all other guests we had to choose from an A4 printed...

A real treat to play this hidden gem , even after a really long hot summer the course looked very good, some super holes and an amazing backdrop of the stately home of the Rolls family, superb!

Underwhelming, course was okay after torrential rain, very large parts still flooded days after

Totally different to ona mar menor Conditions of the tees & greens were spot on

Course was ok nothing to shout about

Unfortunately late on arrival & didn't seem to know where to go, poor driving in heavy rain

Club house good. Rooms nice. Food good. Service good. Restaurant a bit dark would have preferred to eat and drink in club house.

In great condition. Greens good. We had a slow round day 1 but the Marshall got the same group moving Day 2 for a much quicker round .

Fantastic and handsome

Brilliant top class

5 Stars

Great course, a short drive from hotel but otherwise an excellent choice

Excellent choice

Good hotel with excellent young staff. Good course. Greens a bit slow but it is October. Course is very hiĺly.

Varied and interesting. Very hilly.

Efficient check in. All the staff were very friendly.

Good condition overall all though some tee boxes and bunkers were a bit rough.

Room was fine but a little dated. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly

Probably one of the best courses we have played in the uk. Course was in excellent condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Himalayas course was in better condition than the Shore course where the edge of the were badly damaged probably down to the weather.

Ideal hotel for a group of our size.

Gets better every year.

In excellent condition again this year.

All the re-designed holes are now fully bedded in, La Mer is a superb test of golf.
