I believe this firm is fundamentally dishonest. They offer prices which simply don’t exist. Once they have your money, they call you saying there was an erro, but refuse a refund. Avoid at all costs

I didn't read the small print correctly, and ended up paying £55 for luggage, and the flight was £49 more expensive than your competitors, so I ended up paying £105 ish more for the flight.
