We are so sorry that you were disappointed with your transfers. However, Your reservation was a shuttle service and in case problems arise, we give all customers a voucher with our number on it and the number of their service provider so they can always get help if they need it. If you had called us or your service provider, service provider would have ensured that any concerns you had were dealt promptly while you are in resort. Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We expect you enjoyed your rest holiday and we look forward to being of service to you and your family again very soon.

We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service you received. Our staff are given extensive training to ensure that they are courteous and professional at all times, and if an agent spoke to you rudely that was completely unacceptable. I believe a Manager contacted you about this matter, and an upgrade was requested from your hotel supplier as a gesture of apology. If that upgrade wasn’t available when you arrived, you should have called us – our telephone number was on your accommodation voucher and we’d have spoken to the supplier immediately to make certain you were happy with the room allocated to you. There is little we can do now as it's too late to take action on your behalf, but if you have any remaining concerns please contact us so that we can address them in more detail.
