Thank you for your feedback. We are incredibly sorry you feel this way and a little surprised as we always act in good faith and in this instance had tried to assist you given the issues arising as a result of Brexit and the Pandemic. On the point of the £500 charge, many customs formalities hadn't been finalised yet between the UK and EU states and as a result many shipments had to pay import duties or were subject to other levied charges. The charge was to circumnavigate a number of issues that would likely have arisen with your consignment, issues such as you can find in the below example:https://www.itv.com/news/anglia/2021-01-23/essex-removals-company-facing-huge-loss-of-business-after-brexit-deal We appreciate that the additional charge may have come as a shock, however we swallowed this at a cost to ourselves to further ensure client satisfaction.Regarding the other issues raised in your comments, we happy to discuss these further with you should wish, as we don't want any of our customers to go away unhappy about the service overall; but we do feel that in this instance we acted as per our agreement with you and actually went beyond this to ensure you were left in a similar situation that others have been left in when moving to Iberia.
