Proactive contact at renewal of contract, a real contrast from the “can’t be ***** attitude” of many large corporates.

Check you’re getting what you pay for
Download speed very variable. Paying for 400gb.
Regular speed tests only rarely goes over 180gb

Reliable service but price hike at contract end
Very little down time, and speed nearly always as advertised. I am at the end of my contract and the price is due to go up with no discount for signing a new contract.
