Many thanks for your feedback and I am sorry you feel you had a negative experience. I have looked at your order and I can see from our notes that you had requested a particular date for delivery. While we can't always guarantee this, especially so close to Christmas we will always do our best to facilitate your request and I can see from the tracking that delivery was completed on your requested date. I can also see from our systems that as you ordered from a company that the invoice was emailed the following day automatically from our systems.
